stroller for travel?

Looking for a lightweight stroller for my 2 month old (25 pounds)? I also have a four year old so it needs to be compact and lightweight, yet able to be used for an infant. Any recommendations?

Check out Zoe Strollers. I've been very happy traveling with our double, it's only 16lb. The single is 10lb, I think. Very easy to fold and very durable.
