I had sex about four days ago and ever since the day after, I have had these massive cramps that feel like period cramps but much worse. However, my period is nowhere near. Yesterday, I also had spotting. I am seventeen so I have no reason to be spotting. I'm getting an ultrasound tomorrow, but I am worried. Should I mention that I had sex? Should I be worried? Could this be the beginning of a pregnancy? Please help.
