af or implantation bleeding
My flow is usually super heavy accompanied by severe cramps emotional breakdowns and bright red. My nipples usually get tingly but that's it. Now they feel like heavy balls of fire.. slight bleeding very pink and brown not consistent throughout the day... hardly cramping at all... not getting my hopes up though 😞.
