Is This Bra Too Small on me?

I just got this bra in the mail and I'm not sure if it's too big or not. Also one boob is bigger than the other (bless mother nature), and this bra has padding in it

It looks too tight in the band and too loose in the top of the cups, so maybe try going up a band size? It could also just not be the right style for your particular breast type.

Bra is hanging to low if you adjust it it will be obvious it's too small

You dont need padding, your boobs are big enough, so try the same size bra minus the padding and see if there is any spilling over the top, if so, down size, if not, you are good ^-^
