My 1st ultrasound was last week. I thought I was 7 weeks 1 days and baby was reading 6 weeks 5 days. I've noticed that everyone's ultrasound has a definitive circle for the yolk sac...I don't see mine do you?

Also, has anyone been brown spotting since the beginning? Baby looked good so my doctor said I probably have a sensitive cervix. I'm so tired of wearing pads though! Any one in the same boat? Also, will this mean my cervix might be too weak and will cause me to go on bed rest super eaely?
