Am I over thinking this
For two days I was spotting pink where it only shows when I wipe. But the third day I got a period is that a early period sign or what? I've heard everything about it being a pregnancy sign but I had a normal period flow so I'm kind of scared what if it was pregnancy and something went wrong because I got into a bad argument with my boyfriend the day before I got it and I was stressing really bad. Now I'm not bleeding but having really bad pain in my stomach. My boyfriend been having dreams of us with twins lately. I've heard of some women bleeding heavy with twins.
