I should be 6 weeks today but I spotted maybe the size of a dime yesterday. Didn't have any cramping or more bleeding. But this morning I went to the doctor to get checked out and got an internal and external ultrasound and they couldn't find anything so they sent me for bloodwork and I have to go back Wednesday for more to see my hormone level changes. Hoping I didn't have an early miscarriage!!
