I have read a lot of info that states a missed period while breastfeeding is not accurate because periods are irregular or nonexistent while breastfeeding. Well, my baby is 9.5 months old and only breastfeeds about 3-4 times a day because she is also eating solid foods. My periods have been regular since January. But I am now 4 weeks late and I have been exhausted (which could just be trying to keep up with her). What are your thoughts?
