Plan B and throwing up
So i took a Plan B like 3 or 4 hr before going to run.... And i aye cheeries before going to run and i cant eat and then run bc ill throw up and i was wondering if i should take another Plan B or i threw up bc of the Plan B or bc of eatong and then runnig ??¿
