Hi ladies! Just wanted to ask u all, if it is safe for me to go for a walk atleast once in a day... now that I am only nine weeks along... I did not even step out of our home since the time I found out I am pregnant, cause I heard from few of my friends who have kids, saying that it is safe to just take bed rest or stay at home till the mark of twelve weeks to avoid miscarriage... hence even my husband does not want me to move a muscle... but now I am just getting crazy by staying at home and am unable to imagine 3 or 5 more weeks not being allowed to even go for a walk... sorry for the ramble... can u guys tell if it is ok for me to atleast walk, now that I am only nine weeks along...
