knee pain?

Hi Ladies- anyone experiencing knee pain? I've never had issues until after I gave birth. Wondering if this is a thing...

I do! My right knee is very swollen and I can barely bend it most of the time. This happened to me after I had my son as well and the doctors blamed it on the weight gain but I feel like it should be both knees if it was the weight gain. It's hard to try to loose weight when I can barely move it.

I have in my left knee recently, it's so strange! I tore my meniscus in my right knee in HS, it kind of feels like that. But that was from lax. I'm at a loss with this one, it comes and goes (and kills during low pressure systems, same as meniscus. So weird)...If it continues I may go get it checked out

Yes!! It doesn't help that we moved whole I was pregnant into a townhouse on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex. But I lived in a house with stairs before no issues. I've also got 'mommy wrist' super bad in my left hand.
