Late birth control

This may seem like a dumb question but I'm actually quite worried as of lately, so I'm supposed to take my bc at 8:30 but for the past 3 days or so I've been forgetting and taking them late but always by 9:30. How bad is this? Should I be worried since I've been having sex?
