So I have an appointment in a week with a gynecologist to get on birth control. I'm really nervous to get an exam. All of my friends said they never had to get an exam to get their birth control though. Is this because they didn't go to a gynecologist? Anyway, any info about how it goes or any tips would be great to calm my nerves!
