I don't think anyone should hit back unless they are still in danger. If they hit you once, you should get out of there. If a woman hits a man and she won't stop, she deserves to be smacked down.

I feel like it depends on why she's hitting him. If he's trying to rob her or something and she hits him, then it's definitely not okay if he hits her back. But, if she's just being a bitch and she hits him then why not?
