boyfriend choked me very hard during sex without realizing and now i feel very weird and anxious.. does anyone know if it is dangerous? could he have hurt me? i can breathe fine and can swallow but i still am panicking. I do have an anxiety disorder but i'm still scared. what's signs of danger?
