back pains ???

Anyone in the beginnings of there second trimester experience any back pains and body aches ? Wondering if it's something to do with being pregnant or if I have a body cold.

Same here! It kind of feels like lower back cramps for me. I'm thinking it's either stretching or I need to drink more water

Omg I'm 13w1d and my back pain began almost immediately once I hit 13 weeks. I woke up thinking I slept wrong. Now at yoga this evening it came back. Yikes

My lower back hurts like crazy after a long day at work!!! I've actually started getting prenatal massages to try to ease the aches. I'm only 12 weeks, so I can't imagine what it's going to be like later on in my pregnancy.

I get random back pains on my lower back side.I found that Epsom salt & patches work great. Lower back pains was how I found out I was pregnant. They tend to come & go,but when they come I have to take a quick pause in whatever it is I'm doing 😔....I wish they would go away completely!

You're not alone. I have upper back pains into my shoulder blades and also what feels like tail bone pain. Super uncomfy. Maybe we need to stretch?
