How do you deal with workplace bullies? I have 2 and the bullying is really starting to get to me. I always come home crying. One of them is a guy with major anger issues and he's always yelling at me or telling me that I'm dumb or that I'm terrible at my job and he always blames me if something happens that he doesn't like. The other is a girl who hasn't even taken the time to get to know me; she just doesn't like me. She ignores me, gives me nasty looks, and implies that I have no idea how to do my job. I know I'll always have bullies no matter where I work, but how can I deal with that? I'm going through a lot in my personal life and the bullying doesn't help. There are some days where it's hard for me to go to work and face them (esp. when my anxiety is high)
