So i have endometriosis ive allways had terrible periods but yesterday i got really weak fell n started shaking or convulsing on the floor untill my meds kicked in this is the worst its ever been scared the crap out of my boyfriend i couldnt speak just weird noises n screams  n crawld and vomited after  and no im not super young im in my 30sbut  ive never experienced it this bad almost felt like my body went into shock is this possible ?confused.  I know it cant be iron just had iron levels tested
