So ever since my husband and I got married he has always been a super sexual guy. Well when I am not wanting it and I say no he continue to pursue sex till the point he is ripping off my underwear to get in after I repetively told him no. Is this considered rape?!

Figured I should update. He is now out of the apartment and has signed his rights to the apartment over I will be filing for a separation and then divorce to make it has clean as possible. If you say no and he does it anyways that is rape. In my opinion it sounds like he doesn't care or respect you and with that being said yes leave him. Eventually this will turn into resentment and things could really get ugly then. I'm sorry you're having to go through this.
