Jet leg & periods?

Hi! I'm overseas traveling right now. The time change is about 6 hours. I'm pretty sure I know the answer the this question and I don't mean to sound dumb or anything but the time change does affect my cycle, correct? I'm currently a day or two late.

I have flown internationally a lot- anywhere from a 1hr to a 12hr time change. Depending on the length of flight, how I'm feeling, other stress, etc sometimes my period is right on time (according to the day it would be back home). But others my period starts early, sometimes it never shows up, sometimes is a bit late.

Travel and a new environment (different food, sleeping patterns, etc) can really throw your body off. What I've learned from travelling: always expect your period to do something weird and annoying.
