Anyone with horrible allergies what do you do to deal with during first trimester? Is there anything safe to take?

I used benedryl when they were extremely bad. My Dr also approved Reactine for me to take daily. So I've been taking that since about 11 weeks. I was also prescribed a nasal spray to take twice daily at about 16 weeks. It's helped immensely. 
I would chat with your Dr and see what they suggest. It's not good for either you or the baby when your allergies are severe.

Try a neti pot, gargling really good twice a day, and menthol humidifier at night or vaporub. It took time but it really helped me to where I hardly needed any medicine.
