So, my sister needed someone to watch my 3yo niece... So when she found out we had to move, she told me that my fiancé & I could go live with them until we get stable again, as long as I stay home & watch my niece, so she wouldn't have to pay daycare, & that would be our rent... So keep this all in mind... My sister & her husband live like slobs okay.. They have a 13yo that never wants to do his chores anyways... So when I first moved in, I took it upon myself to clean my nephews disgusting room (took 10 trash bags out) & organized it where my fiancé & I would be comfortable walking & sleeping in this room.. I then cleaned the entire bathroom, because it was disgusting too. I cleaned the kitchen, & was keeping up on the dishes regularly.. Sonetimes I'd leave them just to see if anyone else would do them.. Okay, so long story short.. My sister & her husband feel that since they work, they don't have to clean or maintain their house or watch after their own kids for that matter. The minute that I stopped cleaning for a week, they noticed & they won't budge to do it. Instead they back me in the corner, along with my fiancé, telling me that I'm home all day & could be cleaning.. Yes, I could be. But here's the thing... I'm tired of trying to keep it clean, & no one helps me keep it that way... None of these rooms I've cleaned look the way they did. & I'm not a live in maid!! I offered to help clean it to begin with. But I'm not just going to stay cleaning up after adults especially. Am I wrong? They do absolutely NOTHING.. I even do the cooking most days, & they can't even wash the dam dishes for once!!
