So I decided to use Natures Bounty for a try and as I usually take my biotin I take 2 every 8 hours I'm taking 42 pills a week😩 I have 2 bottles which is supposed to be a 6 MONTH supply which only last me about 7 weeks and some days I'm not sure exactly how many are left in the bottle but I haven't taken them for a week now because of my wisdom teeth surgery and me focusing on the anitbiotics and pain meds more, so I have 42 pills to take👏😭 #FML lucky you CANOT overdose on biotin since it's just a vitamin
