Issues with TTC =(

Hey everyone. I am new to posting on forums but I just found out some stressful/disappointing news recently. I am 28 years old and I've been TTC since December of 2016. I have not been successful and with each passing month, I became more discouraged. I've also been experiencing heavy menstural cycles which concerned me as well. I spoke to my doctor about it and she suggested to come in to the office to check things out. After doing blood work to check out my hormone levels, as well as a pelvic ultrasound, I found out that I have high levels of estrogen, fibroids on my uterus, and polycystic ovarian syndrome. I was expecting to find out a reason for not being able to get pregnant but I don't think I was expecting all three. My doctor then told me that she was going to possibly refer me to a reproductive specialist in order to discuss fertility better. She also said that if and when I become pregnant, I would have to be given more care and be highly monitored due to my conditions. So needless to say, I am extremely upset by the news I received and am even more discouraged than before. I really want to have a baby and begin a family but also I'm concerned regarding having a somewhat high risk pregnancy. Has anyone else been in this position before?
