Does it look like baby has a deformed jaw/chin? I have a midwife so the sonographer wouldn't tell me if anything was wrong.. I'm just so worried that her little chin isn't forming right it looks so set back

Go get an OB if you want to learn medical information about your baby. This is not the place for an ultrasound interpretation. 
We just don't have the knowledge.

Kind of looks like her mouth is open and her chin is resting on or close to her neck/chest. So hard to tell but I'd ask your doc or midwife.

I agree. It looks more like the neck. Your baby looks perfect. If your still concerned maybe you can do a 3D ultrasound.

All of my kids have set back chins. Its called recessed chin. Usually mothing to worry about. Can be an underdeveloped jaw but it hardly ever causes issues.

Doesn't look deformed to me at all. Looks like your baby's lips are puckered and the chin is set back like normal.
