I'm on day 44. Period was due on day 35. Last month, it didn't come until day 40. I'm meeting with my doctor about having surgery on Thursday for an ovarian cyst measuring 10mm inside my ovary. I understand stress and cysts can both make my,period late, but I'm having lower pelvic pain. It almost feels like cramps, but I've not experienced this. Its when I move, stand up, bend, etc. I've always gotten cysts, never one that size (that I know of), but is this pain normal? Should I be concerned? Doubt that I'm pregnant, and have not taken a test. I guess I'm asking what should I do?
