pumping help?

My left breast is constantly making less than my right and I'm having a hard time keeping up with how much milk my son needs at day care.. I've been drinking milk flow what else can I do to help my supply? I breast feed on demand while with my baby and pump while at work.

When nursing always start with the breast that produces less. Try to nurse from the breast as much as possible even if it's just comfort sucking. Anytime my left is really slacking I have a lazy day where I keep my girl on the boob. When I pump that night it is always equal to the right. Increasing healthy fats (nuts, egg, avacodo, hummus, peanut butter, Greek yogurt) will also help.

My righty never makes as much as lefty. You are getting much more than I do, the most I've ever gotten out of lefty is 3 oz and anywhere from 1ml to 1oz out of righty. I have to supplement because I do not make enough and I've tried everything with the help of my mom who is an IBCLC. I take More Milk Plus pills that have a blend of lactation boosters like Fenugreek and blessed milk thistle, and I eat at least one bowl of oatmeal per day.

pump for 10 minutes after each feeding at home and oumpbat work for 15mjn....and drink water like CRAZY!!!

I always have one side producing more than the other... try to switch it up by pumping one a little longer, but it doesn't matter/ never evens out. I nurse on demand at home and pump at work. I have to work really hard to keep my supply up. I'm pretty much constantly pumping if bursing😫. So far we're stil EBF. I started taking brewers yeast supplement 3 x a day and it has helped me so much:) No smell, no gassy tummy, so far so good:)

I buy milky mama foods and it helps but my right always produces less no matter what

My right breast is my slacker boob so I know what you mean! I always have my LO nurse on that side first and I try to pump after but I'm lazy about pumping so I don't always. It's normal to have one produce more than the other.  Have you tried eating oatmeal? That really helped boost my supply. Also lots of water and maybe supplements like fenugreek or brewers yeast.
