Lack of Symptoms

Hey guys, has anyone had next to no symptoms so far? I've had some mood swings, very thirsty, and a bit of cramping/pulling over the last few weeks. I'm 6 weeks 2 days. Haven't had any nausea, I'm a bit more tired but not exhausted, and my nipples are a bit sore but my boobs aren't hurting like a lot of posts say. No signs of miscarriage but hard to believe I'm actually pregnant since there's so little going on compared to a lot of people on here...
