Bug bites?

Question

I keep getting big ass itchy knots on my arms and legs. Today i found a HUGE one. Its obvious my body isnt reacting well to whatever is biting me.
I dont have a fever and im not sick. Just not sure if i should go to urgent care or something... 
I need suggestions. 
Oh fyi im 29w preg

It kind of sounds like bed bugs. If you live with others and just you have these spots that's normal with bed bugs cause a lot of people have no reaction at all. Thoroughly check your place. I know they are called bed bugs but they will hide in other places such as couches and bookshelves etc

Don't take offence, but could it be bed bugs? There's been a recent epidemic, and unfortunately, I caught them and my bites were horrible. Itched non stop, raised the skin ever so slightly and stayed red for quite a bit. Could that be a possibility with you?

Also look for any animals trying to make your home theirs. Fleas, ants, spiders. Try and look for the cause, maybe try some of that sticky bug tape to see if you can catch whatever is hurting you?
