pcos and diet and SNACKS

Hi all!

My doctor suggested a low sugar, only good carb, mainly meat and veggies diet in order to adjust my hormone levels as they are barely off and respond well to diet change. I am underweight and have low blood sugar, so she won't prescribe meds.

I was wondering if anyone had snack ideas?? I love French fries (my main food group) and chips and all that stuff I have to cut out now. 😓
