Miscarriage and then sex...

I had a miscarriage at five weeks. My Gyno told me of would be fine to start trying again. I quit bleeding about 5 days ago and had sex last night. I went to the restroom and there was a few very tony blood clots...like I'm not done miscarrying and passing everything. If I had known I wasn't done I would never have sex. I'm scared like it could be an infection or something. Has this happened to anyone?? My doctor is closed until tomorrow.
