Well last year in July or August this guy put his hands on me so we called the cops they arrested him asked me if i wanted to press charges i told them no ill wait (i was scared to at the time because i knew he wouldnt care about a restraining order) okay so he bonded out the next day and i had a restraining order on him .. Well here we are a year later him & his girlfriend are fucking with me again, harassing and threatening me through text and at my job so theyre banned plus on top of all that he was on probation when he did that last year and i was pregnant so itd be a violation of his probation right. Okay so can i still go and press those charges on him and if i do what would most likely happen?
