I had sex with my husband 1 week before my pregnancy. I dont know when i ovulate. Should i be pregnant?

Also, I have been working out almost 4 days in a week and it made me happy, but i am afraid, if i get pregnant this cardio work outs will harm my baby, so i stopped before i get real answer am i pregnant or not. I am waiting for next period to get exact answer.

What do you think, Is there any chance to get pregnant? Should i stop work out?
