how many oz to feed 2 month old ?

So my husband and I have been feeding our baby 2oz every 3 hours. I read that we are supposed to be feeding him between 4-5oz now that he's two months?

I'm a FTM so I'm still learning

Baby will eat as much as they want and all babies are different. If baby wants more they let you know. Is he still acting hungry after he finishes the 2ozs? If not then he's fine. Follow babies cues , he'll let you know if he is still hungry. You could try 3ozs and see if he takes it If you're worried about it.

My baby is small and at that age she was getting four oz.  we have just upped her to 5oz at 5 mobths

I give my 2 month old 3-4 every 3 hrs sometimes she sleeps for longer she will def have 4 oz then

I always followed the 2.5 x weight...so if baby is 10lbs----10 x 2.5=25oz a day.  My baby was eating 3oz every 2hrs at 2months.  If they cry after eating offer a bit more.  If baby seems satisfied then youre okay.  You dont want to offer too much because they will just spit it all right back up lol
