lymph nodes

My posterior lymph node was swollen about 2 months ago due to a upper respiratory infection. It went down but I still felt it. I went to the doctor and they tested the lympacides in my blood and everything came back completely normal. I still feel it in my neck should I be worried, or is it normal to still feel them after they've gone down? Thank you in advance
