Period like cramps before ovulation?

I'm on cycle day 13 of a 25 day cycle this is the last opk test I took a few hours ago. Can you have ovulation pain before ovulation? And should it feel like a period starting?

I believe I experienced ovulation pain however I did get a positive OPK the morning of my pain. The picture you post it doesn't look positive or nearly positive so I'm not quite sure that your pain with the ovulation pain I would keep OPK testing
