I've felt the same way for the past hour and I'm 34 & 1 I've had 2 babies so far and this is the first time I've felt so crampy. I've read it's your cervix getting ready. I know it's not Braxton hicks for me because that always feels like my stomach tightening up, this is cramping.... yuck. I took a shower and layed down and it's eased a bit. I'm taking some Tylenol and going to sleep.... hopefully you feel better soon.
