Okay guys, I've asked this before, but I need a clear cut answer because I'm still confused. Is the withdraw method reliable? I mean if the guy pulls out before he finishes, no questions asked, is that actually reliable? Because I have heard that precum can get you pregnant and I've also heard that it can't. I really just need a clear answer.
