Discharge and itching??

Okay can someone help me?? I was staying with my boyfriends sister and me and my boyfriend had been having a lot of sex(sorry for tmi) well I started getting to where I felt raw and it was extremely painful during sex and urinating. I have discharge too which has gotten heavier since then. I don't know what to do because I don't wanna look anything up online because I don't want all the web results to freak me out. We had been using latex condoms(I'm supposed to use sensitive condoms bc I always get reactions if I don't, not allergic but weird reactions). We only did it once or twice without protection.
