mucous plug or no?

Okay so I know it's after 3am but I went to the bathroom around 2:30am and when I wiped I saw this, is this my mucous plug? I'm 39+1 and had a second cervical exam on Tuesday, so yesterday....

That's what mine looks like too. Due 3 days ago and have been losing pieces of it since my due date. No contractions or signs of labor yet.

I think it's different for everyone. some people go into labour within hours and others within weeks

How long after losing your mucous plug do contractions usually start?:$ I'm a ftm so this is all new to me :/
