Tummy time counts when baby is belly on your chest position! Just thought that may be helpful for those who aren't sure.

My baby hates it. I wish I could do more, but she yells at me after about 30 seconds. Can't say I blame her!

I baby wear a lot, though. And I've heard that can help with head control as well. She does seem to be gaining that muscle tone!

I lay my twins on my chest after every burping and feeding. They have wonderful head and neck control at 7 weeks. They sometimes fuss, but as long as they get that tummy time for even a few minutes at a time, it's good for them.
