Crying when mom or dad leave?

My daughters meeting all the milestones except has never cried when me or my husband has left her. Is that normal? It's probably a good thing. We both work so I think she just knows we will be back and she's comfortable.

Nope, I just went back to work after having a year off and my little man is at daycare Wednesday - Friday.

He is so excited to go every day and is definitely hesitant when I come to pick him up haha, he loves it there

My daughter goes to anyone and I go to work and she doesn't cry once in a
Blue she might but she is usually good

My lo will be a year on Friday and she still cries every time I leave. But only when I leave. She's super attached to me.
