trying to conceive first month

I am in my fertile window, according to this app and Ovia app I ovulated today and according to period tracker app I will ovulate on Sunday. I've been BD-ING very frequently and even today, however I have noticed some spotting in my underwear today, bright red blood? I don't feel sore up there nor I think I have injuried myself. What do you ladies think? I am new to conceiving so I have no idea what's happening! :/
