Anyone else really anxious after Miscarriage?

Question

Hi ladies, I am literally 4 weeks pregnant (1 healthy 2 year old) but I have a history of miscarriage.. 1 when I was 16 (around 6 weeks) and one around 8 months ago. I had no bleeding or signs I had miscarried, just went to the 12 week scan to find our baby had no heartbeat💔 
I feel like I can't get attached to this baby as I am so scared that the same will happen again, I'm obsessing over making sure I'm as healthy as I possibly can be and I know there is such a long way to go until I'm 12 weeks again😢

Does anyone else feel this way? Have you got any advice on how to cope?

Thank you so much for everyone's comments so far, so comforting to know that I'm not the only one feeling this way, I'm just going to enjoy every second of this pregnancy, not stress over the little things, look after myself more and remember pregnancy is the most natural process-what will be will be x

I had a miscarriage last year at 6 weeks and I'm now 5w4d. Absolutely terrified of the same thing happening and it almost seems to be making the pregnancy symptoms more intense. My go to when I'm sitting at work is 'self soothing' and overall grounding myself. When I'm feeling overwhelmed and afraid I talk to myself saying things like 'you doing amazing today, mama. Just breathe and push through. Be proud of yourself, etc'. It sounds silly and may feel weird at first but self soothing is a powerful thing. Don't forget that you're a strong and beautiful woman. You can do this!

I have a healthy 4 yr old and had 2 mc last yr.. i think the one yr break from ttc helped alot and i found a video on youtube about the number one thing this mom did that she didnt do with her other pregnancies that ended up in a mc.. she indicated to embrace.. be happy and cherish every moment your pregnant.. i told myself after my 2nd mc that when i do get pregnant again.. instead of worrying or trying to notice every symptom i have.. im just going to enjoy every moment of it.. pretent that i never went thru a mc and soo far every things going great.. i do worry but i do not let that fear get in the way of me enjoying my pregnancy..i also do believe that if this pregnancy is truly for you, God will let it be. I just try to not think about it. I want to be excited but keep telling myself not to be so if it doesn't stick I'm not too upset. Last one lost at 6 weeks. 7wks 5d today. So symptoms this time so I'm feeling better about it. But I don't see my doc for a while still so the wait if hard. Hope we have sticky  babies!

Absolutely. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks in November 2014, and then a chemical pregnancy September of last year. That fear is always there for me... I cope by keeping myself distracted with crafting or video games.
