Tips for washing under the neck?

I can't be the only one struggling with this! My daughter's neck is ticklish so I have the hardest time getting all her little folds and creases clean. If I only had another set of arms I might be able to but she squishes her little chin right down when I try to get in there. And she spits up a lot so it always stinks too 😔
Any tips would be super helpful!

I put a bib on whenever she sits up to reduce a gross neck and when I give her a bath I put something behind her so she looks up at it and clean her neck with the other hand/wash cloth lol

I bathe my son every second day and I just soap up my hands and rub all in his neck. Sometimes I have to tilt his head back to get under his chin but you gotta do what you have to to get it clean. It's getting better now that he holds his head up well though!

I use a wipe and run it underneath.. I try to wipe hands and neck fold every diaper change

We do our bath in the big bathtub. We let him float with our arms underneath him. This causes him to put his chin up. We can then get under his chin and get his neck easily.
