My birthday is June 17 the day before Father's Day.  I usually don't ask for anything for holidays or birthdays but this year I wanted something special. I told my husband in advance about some shoes I wanted and just threw different ideas out. My husband had been completely disregarding my birthday for Father's Day. He went for some designer shoes and clothes and all he talks about is what he wants for Father's Day and never says anything about my birthday. He told me he wanted to take me to a night club for Father's Day and he knows I don't like night clubs. So I declined now everyday he's been giving me more and more plan so that when Father's Day comes it's like he at least warned me of his plans. Every year he throws together these half thought gifts(if one should call it that) and this one year I wanted to feel special... am I wrong if I don't get him a Father's Day gift if I don't receive a birthday gift ?
