Massage in first trimester?!

Hey all! I am 7 weeks today with my 5th baby and my worst symptom is lower back pain!!! I would love to go get a massage but have heard massage during pregnancy is not recommended, then I heard it's just not recommended during your first trimester? Any insight??

It's fine you just have to tell them because some places like to wait for the second and some are okay with it if they are specifically trained. Also no medicated lotion only regular.
