Nipple piercing bleeding thick

Just got them pierced yesterday! No bleeding then, but I woke up with some blood and blood crusted to the bars on both sides. Now my left nipple piercing has stopped bleeding and just has some crust I can wipe away but my right piercing won't stop bleeding. My nipple piercing is bleeding thick blood on the left of it..: help!!!! What do I do step by step and what does this mean!!! (Every time I clean off with sea salt water and a qtip it just bleeds right back to where it was! Why won't it stop!
