diaper ninja - help!
My 9 mo son HATES diaper changes. As soon as I lay him down he's spinning over or flailing and screaming. If I try to hold him down he throws a tantrum (full blown tears). Any ideas for how to make this experience more pleasant?
Note: he's also like this with cutting his nails but for that I can at least distract him and happens less frequently. Otherwise he's a really happy baby so it's weird!!
