what have you used to whiten your teeth?

I use activated charcoal in the pill form. A whole bottle costs about $8 it works like a charm. Just gently brush for 2 minutes and either brush with regular toothpaste or swish with coconut oil after to seal the pores in your teeth. I used to be a dental assistant and this is what the dentist would recommend to her patients.

I really wish teeth whitening was an option for me i have extremely sensitive teeth. Good thing my teeth arnt THAT bad lol. I cant even use like a regualr tooth paste has to be from my dentist or my teeth will kill.... Ughhh

I get mine bleached at the dentist for about $150 with a discount. 
It's so painful. But I don't get as good results with anything else. 😞

This is a powder. Bananas 🍌- this is like $3 bucks on Amazon. Is this the right stuff? Or it doesn't matter?

I use Peroxide as mouthwash and my teeth are super white. It did the same amount of whitening as the Crest Strips did.
